? About the Role As a Tradewind Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support pupils with their learning, both 1:1 and in small groups
*Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
*Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
*Work across different schools, gaining a variety of experience
*Be adaptable and confident working with children of varying abilities and needs
? What We’re Looking For *Previous experience working with children (school-based or similar)
*A positive attitude, resilience and a genuine passion for education
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Flexibility to work across different settings
*An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
