We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of a warehouse and local deliveries for a design-led, craft-focused business.
This is a practical role suited to someone who enjoys being on their feet, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of delivering a high-quality customer experience — from preparing orders through to delivering items into customers’ homes.
Key responsibilities:
*Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse
*Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock
*Preparing and quality-checking customer orders
*Loading and unloading a delivery vehicle with care
*Completing local deliveries and representing the brand professionally
*Carrying out basic vehicle checks
*Adhering to all health & safety procedures
About you:
*Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or delivery role
*Full, clean UK driving licence
*Physically capable of safely handling heavy items
*Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently
*Professional, friendly, and customer-focused
