Description
*Part of highly regarding Marketing team responsible for external positioning of firm and delivering over 60 events per annum
*Hardworking, high energy, dynamic Events Manager with proven experience of executing on multiple simultaneous event ranging from small dinners to webinars and large investor conferences
*Strong focus on flawless preparation and implementation
*Excellent attention to detail
*Experience of CRM and event management software, knowledge of Dealcloud particularly useful (but not a must)
*Financial services or professional services experience particularly relevant
*Ability to work with different stakeholders and members across the firm
Profile
A successful Event Manager should have:
*Proven experience in managing events, preferably in financial services or a similar industry.
*Strong organisational and project management skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Knowledge of event budgeting and cost management.
*Familiarity with event planning tools and technology.
*Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
