Job Description:
Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding opportunity? Join rTriibe and play a key role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment in Pensby.
We are seeking experienced individuals who have worked across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, supporting children with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
The Role:
• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Assisting classroom teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
• Providing tailored support for a variety of needs, including speech and language, communication difficulties, visual impairments, and personal care
• Encouraging pupil independence, confidence, and engagement
• Helping to maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience supporting children with SEN within a UK school setting
• A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enhanced DBS certificate (on the Update Service or willing to obtain one)
• Full-time availability (Monday to Friday)
