I’m working with a fast-growing, forward-thinking organisation that is looking to appoint a Performance Process Lead. This is a key role focused on improving performance management processes, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring business strategy is translated into effective everyday practice.
The Role
You will lead the optimisation of end-to-end performance processes, working closely with HR, operational teams, and senior leaders. You’ll identify improvement opportunities, streamline workflows, build KPIs and dashboards, and deliver meaningful insights that support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
*Design, refine, and implement performance management processes.
*Use data to identify inefficiencies and deliver continuous improvement.
*Lead cross-functional projects to enhance operational effectiveness.
*Build reporting frameworks, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
*Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
*Act as the main point of contact for process changes and performance queries.
*Support Workday Performance implementation and deliver training where needed.
*Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
About You
