£50,000 - £55,000 | Richmond | Hybrid (2 Days WFH) | Genuine Variety & Progression

A growing, people-focused accountancy practice in Richmond is recruiting an Audit & Accounts Senior who wants genuine variety, autonomy, and a clear progression path.

The Audit & Accounts Senior Role - A True Mixed Portfolio
60% Audit
*Lead audits from planning through to completion
*Work with SMEs, charities, and not-for-profit organisations
*Gain exposure across diverse sectors
30% Accounts
*Prepare statutory and management accounts under FRS 102 1A
*Work with limited companies and unincorporated entities
10% Corporation Tax
*Prepare CT computations
*Assist with ad-hoc tax queries
Plus Early Leadership Experience
*Mentor junior team members
*Work closely with managers and partners
*Develop your supervisory and client management skills
What You’ll Need
*ACA or ACCA qualified
*Strong experience in external audit and accounts preparation (FRS 102 1A)
*Background in small or medium-sized practice
*Confident working independently and as part of a team
*Clear communication skills and a proactive approach
*UK right to work (no sponsorship available)
Experience with Caseware, Digita, Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks is helpful, but full training is provided.
