The Audit Supervisor Role
Lead audit engagements, manage client relationships, and develop junior team members. You’ll work across a broad mix of clients while collaborating closely with managers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan, lead, and complete audit engagements in line with ISA standards
*Prepare and review statutory accounts under UK GAAP/FRS102
*Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations
*Supervise and review audit trainees’ work
*Support staff development and contribute to performance evaluations
*Ensure high-quality delivery across your portfolio
What You’ll Need
*ACA/ACCA qualified (ideally with first-time passes)
*Strong audit background gained in UK practice
*Experience leading audits both on-site and remotely
*Confident supervising juniors and managing client communication
*Strong organisational, planning, and delegation skills
*Ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines
