Tradewind Education is recruiting for a range of Teaching Assistant positions in schools across Chesham & Buckinghamshire. This opportunity includes placements in both mainstream secondary schools and specialist SEN provisions.
The Role:
*Supportive staff teams and structured training
*Opportunities across a range of year groups and needs
*Clear behaviour policies and safeguarding procedures
*Potential routes into teaching or long-term roles
Key Responsibilities:
*Support students in class to access learning
*Provide small-group or one-to-one intervention
*Assist with classroom preparation and resources
*Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
*Support students with additional needs where required
Requirements:
*Experience working with children or young people (essential)
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A patient, proactive attitude
*Experience supporting SEN (preferred but not essential)
