Sales Negotiator
Location: St Albans
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 basic, OTE £30,000 per annum
Mileage paid, excellent career progression

About the role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in the sales process from start to finish. This is a busy, fast-paced role where you will be engaging with buyers, sellers, and colleagues to help property transactions move smoothly and successfully.
Your main responsibilities will include:
*Registering new applicants and understanding their property needs
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Providing honest and knowledgeable advice to clients and applicants
*Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve successful sales
*Progressing agreed sales through to completion, ensuring excellent communication throughout
*Maintaining accurate records and delivering outstanding customer service at all times
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need to be:
*Confident, motivated, and passionate about property and people
*Organised and able to manage your time effectively
*A great communicator with strong negotiation skills
*Experienced within residential sales, ideally with local knowledge of St Albans and surrounding areas
*A car owner with a full UK driving licence
The rewards
*Basic salary of £20,000 - £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience
*On Target Earnings of £30,000 per annum
*Mileage paid
