About the Role:
JDS Recruitment is seeking a reliable and hands-on Assistant Site Supervisor to support a friendly primary school in Enfield. You will work alongside the Site Supervisor to maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning school environment. This role involves site security, cleaning, maintenance, porterage, and supporting school activities and lettings.
Hours:
*Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 7:00am – 12:00pm
*Weds: 7:00am – 6:30pm
*Occasional weekend lettings
Key Responsibilities:
*Open, secure, and monitor the school site
*Perform general maintenance, minor repairs, and decorating
*Clean and maintain buildings and grounds
*Set up rooms for school activities and lettings
*Support health & safety and safeguarding procedures
*Assist during after-school and weekend lettings
Requirements:
*Practical maintenance experience (carpentry, plumbing, decorating, basic electrical)
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Flexible, reliable, and safety-conscious
*Enhanced DBS required
