What you’ll do:
*Lead the email marketing strategy to boost engagement, lead generation, and customer retention
*Create, manage, and optimise email campaigns and automation journeys
*Oversee segmentation, A/B testing, performance analysis, and deliverability best practices
*Maintain high data integrity and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
*Manage and mentor our Email Marketing Executive
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with wider business goals
What we’re looking for:
*Proven experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems (ideally Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
*HTML skills for email content creation
*Strong analytical and reporting skills to optimise campaign performance
*Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
*Knowledge of email compliance and data best practices
