Job Description:
Teqniq is searching for a Estates Surveyor to work in the public sector.
37 hours per week.
3 months contract.
09:00-17:00
Desirable:
Chartered status (MRICS/or Associate)
Recent experience of Local Government.
Skills:
Excellent driving skills and driving record
GIS - MapInfo
Report Writing
Specialist knowledge of property and property processes
Surveying
Valuations
