Position: Night Duty Manager
Location: The Heron, London, EC2Y 9AP
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off
Salary: up to £37,961 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: A permanent position.

Development Details:
This role is based at The Heron, a prestigious 36-storey residential development in the heart of the City of London, ideally located within walking distance of Moorgate, Barbican and Liverpool Street stations. Comprising 285 luxury apartments, the development offers an exceptional range of resident amenities, including an exclusive residents’ club lounge, private screening room, fully equipped gym and on-site car park.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Night Duty Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
*Bring experience from a similar role within a high-end residential development or luxury hotel environment, with demonstrable experience leading a small team. .
*Act as the main point of contact for residents and guests, delivering a high standard of customer service and handling day-to-day matters, queries and complaints in a prompt, professional and confident manner.
*Ensure a high level of health and safety compliance, responsible for carrying out various inspections, patrols, uploading compliance documentation and ensuring any issues are recorded properly, reported to the relevant parties and rectified.
*Supervise and support onsite staff, taking responsibility for training and development, performance management, appraisals and one-to-ones, while ensuring SOPs are consistently adhered to and service standards remain exceptional at all times.
*You will be a quick thinker, logical with the ability to take your own initiative in challenging situations and demonstrable experience in dealing with onsite emergencies and coordinating any site related issues.
*You are always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development and contribute to amazing results.
*Build strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, creating a positive, safe and unified working environment.
*Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
*Support the team with valet duties, you will have a full clean driving licence and are able to drive manual cars.
*Required for the purposes of Valet parking insurance: driver needs to be 25+ years old and have held a licence for longer than 2 years.
