Role: Sales Coordinator
Hemel Hempstead (Office-Based | Hybrid after training)
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
Are you someone who enjoys doing the groundwork properly researching, profiling and qualifying opportunities, rather than hammering out high-volume cold calls?
I’m working with an established organisation we’ve partnered with for the past nine years, helping them build teams across the business. Due to continued growth and ambitious plans for 2026 and beyond, they’re now creating a brand-new position.
We’re looking to appoint a Sales Coordinator to support growth across key service areas.
This is a quality-first prospecting role. You won’t be endlessly dialling; instead, you’ll identify the right organisations, build detailed profiles, and convert well-researched prospects into qualified, sales-ready opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Researching and identifying high-value target organisations
*Building detailed prospect profiles using LinkedIn, CRM systems and external sources
*Pre-qualifying opportunities against clear criteria
*Executing personalised outreach via email, LinkedIn and other channels
*Establishing new business relationships from scratch
*Maintaining accurate CRM records and engagement tracking
*This role is about quality over quantity. Thoughtful outreach. Smart targeting. Real conversations.
What we’re Looking For
*Confident communicator with strong written skills
*Comfortable researching, analysing and building prospect profiles
*Experience in B2B sales development or pre-qualification (desirable)
*Self-starter mentality - someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
*Organised, commercially aware and confident in implementing strategy
*There is genuine progression available for someone who performs and wants to develop further within sales.
