Job Description:
Our client, a reputable company in the technology and telecommunications sector, is currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their mobile telecommunications team in Lee on the Solent.
Key Responsibilities: *Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email and ticket systems
*Assist customers with mobile plans, billing queries, upgrades, device troubleshooting, and account management
*Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
*Clearly explain mobile products, tariffs, data usage, roaming, and network services
*Identify opportunities to retain customers and promote relevant products or services where appropriate
*Accurately update customer records and document interactions using internal systems
*Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and data protection guidelines
*Work collaboratively with team members and escalate complex issues when required
Job Requirements: *Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or retail (telecoms experience is preferable but not essential)
*Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
*Confident using computer systems and learning new software quickly
*Problem-solving mindset with a calm, professional approach
*Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
*Good attention to detail and organisational skills
