Job Description:
Are you an experienced sales professional with natural determination and a strong motivation for some serious earning potential? R13 is thrilled to be supporting a search for a dynamic and driven Outbound Sales Executive to join a well-established B2B team.
Hours of work are: Monday to Thursday: 7:30am–3:30pm and Friday: 7:30am–3:00pm suiting an individual who prefers an early start/early finish. IF later hours are more your preference, then a similar role within a different team is also available - so still get in touch.
In this role, you will be responsible for taking the reins of the initial sales funnel - driving revenue growth by identifying prospective leads and making initial contact. The role is initially office-based but will have opportunity for home-working after probationary period.

The day to day
*Outbound contact via email and telephone to sourced leads to prospect a product in media and advertising.
*Cross selling additional solutions to optimise value to client and revenue to the business.
*Proactive approach to communicating the proposition to clients, and winning business.
*Accurate records and data management, assuring call backs at designated times.
*Achieving sales targets.
*Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
You will have/be
*Must have commercial sales experience in a phone-based role.
*Continuity in experience is important, along with proven sales success in revenue generation and exceeding targets.
*Ability to understand layered product offerings and strong knowledge acquisition.
*Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
*A strategic, relationship-driven sales approach with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
