Description
*Lead the development and implementation of software solutions to meet organisational goals.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
*Ensure the quality and performance of developed applications through testing and optimisation.
*Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
*Maintain up-to-date documentation for all development projects.
*Identify and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner.
*Ensure compliance with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.
*Support the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
