Our client, a well-established regional high street law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a Locum basis to provide cover over the busy summer holiday period of 2026.
Position Overview
The Residential Conveyancer will play a crucial role in assisting the firm covering the busy summer holidays from 20th July until 4th September 2026. They will handle a range of residential property matters as part of a conveyancing team. The role is required full time on site. Full or part time hours (ideally min 4 days per week).
Responsibilities
*Manage a caseload of residential property transactions.
*Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and stakeholders.
*Ensure timely completion of legal documentation.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records.
Requirements
*Minimum 4 years’ PQE as a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (or otherwise qualified by experience) in Residential Property Law/
*Proficiency in using case management software.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent communication and client service abilities.
