Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities:
*Manage behaviour in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment
*Supervise the completion of work set by the subject lead
*Safeguarding of students
The ideal candidate
*Previous experience working in a school setting or similar experience
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Well organised with good attention to detail
*Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour.
