A leading international law firm is looking for a Senior BD & Marketing Manager to drive strategic business development initiatives across its global arbitration and disputes practice.
The Role *Lead and deliver firmwide BD strategy with the BD Director.
*Manage and develop a high-performing BD team.
*Drive client development programmes and new client targeting.
*Work directly with partners on personalised BD plans.
*Lead integrated marketing activity: thought leadership, campaigns, events, directories, and more.
*Contribute to improvements in BD operations, systems, and processes.
About You *Significant BD experience in a law firm (international disputes exposure is a plus).
*Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with partners.
*Confident team leader with excellent communication and attention to detail.
*Hands-on, proactive mindset in a fast-paced environment.
*Willingness to travel internationally.
