Team Assistant
Temp to Perm
9-5 pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Assistant to join a financial institution in the City, supporting 3–4 Senior Directors within the Technology Team.
This is a fast-paced, high-profile environment and would suit a confident Team Assistant with strong foundations who is looking to take the next step in their career, gaining exposure to senior leadership within a complex corporate setting. This role will be hired 6 months temp-perm.
Key Responsibilities
*Complex diary management to 3-4 Managing Directors
*Coordinating meetings across time zones
*International and domestic travel arrangements
*Managing high volumes of confidential communication
*Preparing meeting materials and supporting leadership activity
*Acting as a key liaison across Technology and wider business teams
*Supporting general team assistant duties for the Technology Team
The Candidate
*Minimum 2–3 years’ Team Assistant experience, ideally within financial services
*Strong, proactive diary management skills in a fast-moving environment
*Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
*Highly organised, detail-oriented and solutions-focused
*Enjoys collaborating within a team of EAs and supporting multiple senior leaders
*Professional, discreet, and resilient
Candidates from financial services are strongly preferred, though those from technology or professional services environments will also be considered.
