Job Description:
KT & Coe are pleased to be working with our client looking for ambitious and motivated Sales Development Executives to join a high-performing commercial team working with businesses across multiple industries worldwide.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening conversations, and turning opportunities into success. You’ll manage your own market, engage senior decision-makers, and guide client projects from initial contact through to delivery.
No prior sales experience is required — full training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided.
What You’ll Be Doing*Own Your Market: Build and grow your own industry vertical, identifying high-value prospects and repeat business opportunities
*Identify Decision-Makers: Use research tools and outreach strategies to connect with senior leaders and key stakeholders
*Start Meaningful Conversations: Engage prospects via phone, email, video, and digital outreach with tailored, consultative proposals
*Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Oversee opportunities from first contact through to project completion, working closely with internal teams and external clients
*Build Long-Term Relationships: Develop trust-based partnerships that lead to repeat business and referrals
