Customer Service & Administrative Executive
Location: Neasden, London (100% Office-Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
We are seeking a motivated and reliable all-rounder to join our team in a Customer Service and Administrative role. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Neasden, offering an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive and development-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Handling incoming telephone and email enquiries with a professional and confident manner
*Preparing and issuing customer quotations accurately and efficiently
*Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
*Using a bespoke internal system (full training provided)
*Performing general administrative duties to support the wider team
*Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Skills & Experience Required
*Minimum of 2 years’ office-based experience
*Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
*Confident in handling customer enquiries and quotations
*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
*High level of attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to learn new systems quickly
*Professional, reliable, and well-organised
Personal Attributes
*Positive and proactive attitude
*Strong work ethic and reliability
*Genuine willingness to learn and develop
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
