A well-established, family-owned property management company based in North London is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their close-knit team on a part time basis.
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing a residential portfolio, strong IT skills, and the ability to work autonomously. There is also some exposure to commercial property management, making this a varied and interesting role.
This position is part time, (20–25 hours per week across 4 or 5 days) and is fully office-based.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a high-end residential property portfolio
*Supporting with aspects of commercial property management where required
*Overseeing property maintenance and repairs
*Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
*Organising, managing, and overseeing refurbishment works
*Handling property and insurance-related matters
*Raising rental invoices and chasing rent arrears
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property files
*Using MS Office and property management software such as PropMan (or similar)
Skills & Experience Required
*3–4 years’ experience in residential property management
*Experience managing a property portfolio
*Strong IT and systems skills
