Business Development Coordinator - London Department: Business Development
Reports to: Senior Business Development Manager (with a dotted line to the BD Director, EME)
A global law firm is seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Development Coordinator to support the London office and its practice groups. Working closely with partners, lawyers and the wider BD team, you will help deliver a broad range of business development activities and play a key role in supporting the firms strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities *Act as a key liaison for partners, fee earners and external clients.
*Coordinate business development activities, including conferences, sponsorships and cross-selling initiatives.
*Support the preparation and delivery of pitches and maintain high quality pitch materials and credentials.
*Assist with client and market research, reporting, and ad hoc BD projects.
*Provide support on client focused events in collaboration with marketing and communications teams.
*Maintain mailing lists, invitations and responses using InterAction.
*Provide administrative and coordination support to the BD team as required.
About You *Bachelors degree (2:1 or above), ideally in humanities, marketing or communications.
*Minimum 3 years business development experience in a professional services environment.
*Strong written/verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
*Highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.
*Professional, confident, motivated and calm under pressure, with a positive attitude and good sense of humour.
*Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels across the firm.
*Team oriented, dependable and proactive.
Skills & Technical Requirements *Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
*Experience with InterAction or iManage is an advantage.
