Purchasing Administrator | Poole | £30,000
Are you highly organised, detail driven, and motivated by keeping operations running seamlessly? This Purchasing Administrator opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in ensuring stock accuracy, supplier coordination, and smooth product flow within a fast-growing, multi-brand eCommerce environment.
Joining a collaborative and ambitious team, you’ll support purchasing, stock control, and cross-department communication, helping maintain efficiency across the business and contributing to successful product launches.
As a Purchasing Administrator, you will benefit from:

As a Purchasing Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining accurate stock and data records within the ERP system
• Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers on inbound stock
• Providing stock availability updates to internal teams
• Managing back orders and supporting timely resolutions
• Updating task boards to support new product launches
• Handling discontinued product lines and system amendments
As a Purchasing Administrator, your experience will include:
• At least one year in an administrative position
• Experience working with ERP systems and maintaining accurate data
• Familiarity with purchasing processes and supplier communication
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and stock monitoring
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Confident communication skills across teams and suppliers
