Job Description:
Duty Manager - Residential (7am-7pm)
North London | 4 on / 4 off | £35,000 per annum
We’re recruiting a hands-on Duty Manager for a large, high-quality residential development in North London.
This is a visible, people-focused role overseeing concierge and daytime security, ensuring residents feel safe, supported and well looked after.
What you’ll be doing:
*Managing day-to-day concierge operations
*Working closely with on-site security (including patrols when needed)
*Handling resident issues confidently and proactively
*Being present on site - not desk-bound
*Supporting and developing your team
What we’re looking for:
*Proven experience in residential property / estate management
*Confident people manager who takes ownership
*Security-aware (no SIA licence required)
*Tech-savvy, switched-on and solutions-focused
*Positive, professional and approachable
