Job Description:
IN-HOUSE RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING ROLE
Remote Working with occasional visits to London office
Highly experienced Conveyancer required to support the growth of the In-House Legal Team within an established property business.
My client, are a leading property trading business (B2C sector) that specialise in residential property sales / purchases across the UK, providing services that enable sales when time is of the essence!
They partner with an existing legal practice which ensures high standards, compliance and client focused delivery.
You’ll be running your own residential files (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity) from start to finish, working closely with clients, agents, lenders and a partnered law firm.
Required - A highly technical residential conveyancing (qualified or part) with leasehold and freehold experience, comfortable with working at all stages of the process, coupled with excellent commercial awareness. Able to make decisions and provide leadership.
