Business Development Manager – Coffee Channel
Field Based – London
Up to £45k + Travel + Bonus and Package


Our Client:
*A fast-growing, multi-million pound business recognised for its premium positioning and strong reputation within the specialty food and beverage sector.
*On an exciting upward trajectory, expanding its presence across independent hospitality, premium retailers, and wider wholesale channels as demand for high-quality, minimally processed products continues to rise.
*Operates a portfolio of products spanning fresh dairy, speciality goods and select complementary wholesale lines, supplying many of London’s leading cafes, restaurants, hotels and national retailers.
*Founder led business with deep roots in production, the business has experienced significant growth, investment and looking to expand the team with this Business Development Manager position.


The role:
*As Business Development Manager position you will report into the commercial leadership team and play a key role in expanding the brand’s footprint across London’s independent coffee and hospitality scene.
*You will help maintain, nurture and grow an already well-established account base while driving new business across white space neighbourhoods and operators.
*This is a hands-on, relationship-driven sales role, regularly engaging with cafés, roasteries, bakeries and premium hospitality partners.
*Be a true brand ambassador, representing the business at trade shows, staying embedded in the community, and continuously looking for ways to elevate the brand’s presence.
*You’ll be joining a tight knit commercial team within a fast-growing business, offering plenty of room to develop as the company continues to scale.


Ideal Candidate:
*You’re personable, confident engaging with different types of customers, and keen to make an impact in a business that’s growing fast.
*Industry experience (F&B, FMCG, coffee, hospitality) is needed and be passionate about the industry.
*You should bring some experience in sales or a customer-driven role and be ready to learn quickly.
*You can handle commercial data and support the team with insight when required.

*Base salary of up to £45k depending on experience + bonus.
*Field based with travel expensed
