Business Change Manager*Daily Rate: £450 - £550 Umbrella (depending on candidate)
*Duration: 6 months
*Job Type: Hybrid (minimum 3 days in office)
*Location: Holborn Police Station, London WC1N, with potential visits to Kennington, Lambeth, Kilburn, and possibly NSY
*Clearance Level: NPPV2/CTC required
We are seeking a proactive and innovative Business Change Manager to join our team on a six-month contract. This role requires a strong communicator with a deep understanding of change management principles and their practical application within large organisations, ideally within the public sector or police services.
Day-to-day of the role:*Deputise for leadership as necessary, providing strategic direction and ensuring continuity in leadership.
*Develop and execute communication campaigns from initial requirements to successful implementation, including strategy and hands-on tasks.
*Design and improve processes for web and intranet platforms, as well as develop training materials, particularly in online formats.
*Apply change management models, such as ADKAR, to real-world scenarios within the organisation, ensuring effective adaptation and application.
*Conduct Stakeholder Mapping, roll out Change Networks, and perform Change Impact Assessments to manage and mitigate risks associated with organisational changes.
*Engage with large, hard-to-reach audience groups using innovative and creative approaches to ensure effective communication and change adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*Strong experience in leading change management initiatives, with a practical understanding of models like ADKAR.
*Proven ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies and campaigns.
*Skills in web design, intranet development, and online training material creation are highly desirable.
*Experience in the public sector or police services is beneficial but not essential.
*Ability to work independently as a proactive self-starter and self-manager.
*Quick learner with the capability to understand and adapt to the cultural landscape of the organisation.
*Must be available to Interview from 25th February 2026.
