The Job:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Temporary Administrator to join them on an ongoing temporary project. This role will be working as a receptionist/administrator, and you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the team.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Managing both phone calls and emails.
*Liaising with both internal and external customers and members of the team
*Making sure documents are up to date.
*Working on IT systems such as Word and Excel
*Managing visitors
*Dealing with queries
*Carrying out bag searches




The Person:
For this role, our client is looking for someone who has previous administration or receptionist experience and have an enhanced DBS (it’s essential you already have one already)
*A good eye for detail and accuracy.
*Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset.
*Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in a residential environment.
*Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other online platforms.


The Hours:
Monday to Friday 37hours a week

Bristol, car parking (100% office based)

£12.80 per hour
