Tonic Talent are currently supporting our client, a well-regarded restaurant, in the search for a Restaurant Manager to join their team in Birmingham City Centre. As Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, leading from the front to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest service and presentation standards.
What are we looking for from Restaurant Manager candidates?
*Previous management experience within a quality-focused restaurant or premium casual dining environment
*Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, detail-driven approach
*A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service
*A stable employment history demonstrating loyalty and progression
*Drive, ambition, and a long-term commitment to developing your career
*A WSET qualification is desirable
