Sales Negotiator (Property)
Location: Glasgow
Basic Salary: £24,000 + Guaranteed commission for 3-6 months – OTE - £55,000
Hours: Monday – Friday; 9:00am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
*Looking after a manageable portfolio and selling a targeted number of residential properties, our current sales negotiators are achieving comfortably.
*Arranging viewings from the office and capturing feedback
*Present and accept offers.
*Upsell some of our services and get paid generously for these.
*Maintain and update notes for your portfolio effectively.
*Negotiating sales and managing all aspects of the sale process.
*Build a strong rapport with sellers & and buyers.
The Ideal Candidate:
*Driven, with experience and a successful track record in property sales.
*Career-focused with a strong work ethic and customer focus.
*A dynamic communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, combined with a knowledge of residential property.
*Have a proven record of negotiation and sales with 2 years of experience in the Residential Property Market.
*You have consistently exceeded your negotiation/sales targets/goals.
*Confident sales pitch and professional manner.
*You know how to negotiate a deal where everyone wins.
*You have outstanding people skills.
