Tonic Talent are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef or Chef Manager to join a growing, quality-focused contract catering company. This is a varied role covering a diverse portfolio of sites, delivering high standards of food and service across day-to-day catering, events, and large-scale hospitality. The position offers an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys both quality food and operational responsibility and is looking to advance within a supportive, well-structured business.
The role offers variety, supporting multiple sites across different counties and regions, including Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire and London
What we are looking for in Head Chef candidates:
*Proven experience in a senior chef role (Head Chef or Chef Manager)
*Strong background in high-quality food production
*Experience working with volume catering and events
*Good operational knowledge, including stock control and systems
*Ability to drive standards and support multiple sites when required
*Ideally 2 years’ experience in contract catering (or strong understanding of expectations)
*Background in high-end restaurants in a senior role preferred
*Professional, organised, and adaptable approach
*Strong on finances, H&S and team management
