IT Support Technician 1st Line
As an IT Support Technician you will be responsible for ;-
*Acting as first point of contact for all staff and contractors with IT related issues
*Resolving Helpdesk Tickets
*Assisting the IT Team in system implementations across all UK offices
*Setting up New Starters
Skills required for the IT Support Technician
*Minimum 12 months exp in a similar role as an IT Support Technician 1st Line
*Microsoft 365 App support
*Windows 11, troubleshooting, configuration, installation
*Software, Firmware, Driver Installation


Person Spec for the IT Support Technician
*Ability to work on own initiative and work well as part of a team.
*Willingness to undertake training and progress personal development
*Ability to communicate at all levels
*Customer focused
