Finance Manager – Infrastructure

We’re working with a PE-backed aviation infrastructure business to hire a Finance Manager. Since the fund’s investment, the business has doubled its EBITDA and is continuing to grow at pace.
Reporting into a high-calibre Finance Director, this role offers full exposure to the day-to-day running of a complex, multi-entity finance function — with real scope to grow. It’s a great opportunity for someone with ambition to become a future No.1.
WISH LIST
*Experience in a finance manager or senior accountant role

THE ROLE
*Manage and support a finance team of five (3 direct, 2 indirect)
*Oversee the ledgers and group chart of accounts
*Lead the month-end close and ensure reconciliations are completed
*Produce management accounts with commentary and variance analysis
*Prepare group financial statements and support the external audit
*Oversee VAT, CIS, and other statutory reporting
*Maintain and improve finance systems, controls, and processes
*Lead budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
*Produce cash flow forecasts and monitor working capital
*Support insurance renewal processes and Board reporting
*Contribute to a strong finance culture and lead by example
YOUR PROFILE
*Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
*Effective communicator – written & verbal
*Good working knowledge of MS Excel
*1 - 2 + years’ PQE in a finance management or senior role
*Confident working across multiple entities and leading a team
