What You’ll Be Doing
Step into a role where every day counts. You’ll be out in our communities delivering hands-on support, including:
Visiting residents and supporting centrally based teams

Carrying out property viewings and sign-ups

Investigating tenancy breaches and responding to anti-social behaviour reports

Collaborating with internal teams, partner agencies, and local residents

Developing and delivering neighbourhood plans and community initiatives

Ensuring estates are clean, safe, and free from hazards

Reporting issues such as fly tipping and monitoring grounds maintenance
You’ll be travelling within the local region regularly—so your own vehicle is essential.

Where You’ll Work
This is a hybrid position with a base at our Birmingham office. You’ll split your time between working from home, the office, and out in the community.
