Are you a Qualified Accountant looking for a step into a growing organisation with fantastic brand presence?
My client has created a new role as Management Accountant to help with their growth and to develop a Business Partnering approach to finance.
Reporting to the Finance Manager the Management Accountant will be responsible for
*Managing a range of areas within the business
*Preparing monthly Management Accounts and produce high level reports for the
*Act as the Finance Business Partner for Operations Directors in the Business.
*Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
*Monitor and reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
*Conduct variance analysis and provide meaningful financial insights.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making.
*Manage and process month-end and year-end closing activities.
*Develop reports using Power Bi
Profile
A successful Temp to Perm Management Accountant should have:
*Professional accountancy qualifications with ACA, ACCA or CIMA
*Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
*The ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
*Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Job Offer
*Temp to perm position.
*Perm Salary c£50,000 - £55,000 (circa £220 - £240 per day PAYE)
*Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office
*4% company bonus scheme paid 1/4ly based on company and personal performance
*33 days annual leave including bank holidays.
*NEST scheme - 5% E’ee, 3% E’er
