Air Conditioning Engineer

A client of mine is currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team covering rail locations across the C2C line and Greater Anglia routes.

The Role
*Covering C2C and Greater Anglia rail locations (predominantly)
*Must be prepared to attend any location during working hours
*Door-to-door working day
*Working independently across multiple sites
Requirements *Must hold valid FGAS certification
*Minimum 4 years’ experience as an AC Engineer
*Full UK driving licence
*All qualifications will be checked and verified
*Must be willing to undergo Drugs & Alcohol testing during face-to-face interview process
Salary *Up to £40,000 depending on experience and role level

Callout & Overtime *Contractual callout: 1 in 4 weeks (currently operating closer to 1 in 6 – flexibility required)
*Callout hours: 17:30 – 08:00 for 7 consecutive days
*Standby payment: £125 per week
*Minimum 4 hours paid per callout attended
Overtime Rates:
*x1.5 – Monday to Friday 17:30–08:00 & Saturday 08:00–14:00
*x2 – Saturday 14:00 through to Monday 08:00
