This is a senior-level position for an experienced Legal managerial professional (minimum 5 years’ experience at managerial level required) who thrives on leadership, organisation and driving operational excellence.
?? The Role Supporting the Partners and overseeing the smooth operational running of the department, you will:
* Oversee and manage a team of 10 direct reports (PA team)

* Act as a key liaison between the practice area and Business Services teams

* Assist the Head of Department with strategic projects and initiatives

* Work closely with Business Development Managers to ensure best practice

* Lead on the development, mentoring and performance management of the PA team

* Assist with recruitment and onboarding

* Manage work allocations and resource planning

* Attend Partner meetings and contribute at a senior level
