Job Description:
Inventory Clerk - Essex area
An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a well respected independent Property Management company/Estate Agency as an Inventory Clerk covering the Essex area.
Our client is looking for someone who has previous experience within Residential Lettings or Property Management covering inspections and check outs, as they will be responsible for attending roughly 700 appointments per year.
As an Inventory Clerk you’ll be required to:
*Visiting all managed properties to prepare an initial inventory report prior to tenants moving in
*Mid-term inspections
*Ensure the tenants are looking after the managed properties throughout their tenancy/ occupation.
*Conduct a ’check out’ inspection.
*Negotiating deposit returns
*General office administration
*Must be able to manage own diary and arrange all appointments
Salary
Basic salary is £28.000pa-£30.000pa plus 45p a mile
*Must have more than 2 years experience
*Ongoing training & support
*Career progression
*Car allowance
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.15pm
