We’re recruiting an Employment Solicitor based in Leeds for a leading national law firm. You’ll handle a mix of high-quality respondent employment matters, including tribunal claims, within a fast growing team.

Description
The Employment Solicitor will be:
* Advising on a broad range of respondent employment matters
* Managing contentious and non-contentious employment work
* Handling tribunal claims and employment litigation
* Building strong client relationships across a range of sectors
* Providing clear, commercial, and pragmatic legal advice
Profile
The Employment Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor with 3-7 years PQE in employment law
* Experienced in contentious and non-contentious employment matters
* Comfortable managing tribunal work
* Client-focused with excellent communication skills
