Technical Team Support
Location: Horley, Surrey
Salary: £32,000 plus benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
A well-established organisation within the utilities sector is looking for a Technical Team Support professional to join their operations team. This role supports the day-to-day running of a busy technical and field-based environment, ensuring technical and metering data is accurate and work activities are processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities*Supporting the technical team with daily queries and operational tasks
*Monitoring system queries and raising work orders
*Updating technical databases and CRM records
*Supporting field staff and assisting with fault investigations
*Processing workflows within agreed SLAs
*Providing updates relating to technical queries and appointments
About You*Experience in an administrative or coordination role within a technical, utilities, or operational environment
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident communicator with good IT skills, including Excel
*Experience using CRM or ticketing systems is advantageous
