Tonic are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join the team at our client’s high-end restaurant based in North Cotswolds. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef, contributing to the creation and delivery of a delicious menu, pushing for further accolades. If you’re a dedicated Chef with a passion for high-quality ingredients and innovative cooking, we’d love to hear from you.
What we’re looking for in Sous Chef candidates...
*A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a Michelin-starred restaurant (Or equivalent)
*Confidence and competence across all sections within the kitchen
*Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
*Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
*A genuine passion for your craft
