Salary and Benefits
£30000 per annum
37.5 hours a week ( 8.30am - 5pm but can be flexible with start and finish times )
25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

What you’ll be doing
·Chasing overdue invoices by phone and email
·Managing customer accounts and keeping records up to date
·Posting & allocating payments and resolving queries quickly
·Agreeing payment plans when needed.
·Keeping an eye on credit limits and aged debt
·Working with sales and operations to avoid issues before they happen.
·Dealing with customer set ups.
·Checking payment of proforma invoices.

What we’re looking for
·Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable
·Someone confident speaking to customers at all levels
·Organised, reliable, and comfortable working to deadlines
·Good attention to detail
