Talent Acquisition Partner
6-Month Contract | £18 per hour PAYE | London, Hybrid

Our client, a leading global education technology company is hiring five Talent Acquisition Partners who have proven experience delivering end to end recruitment specialist and managerial roles. The chosen Talent Acquisition Partner must have proven experience hiring across a global enterprise business, influencing senior stakeholders using a variety of sourcing techniques. Our client operates on a hybrid basis, paying up to £18.00 per hour on a 6-month rolling contract basis to start ASAP located in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global People function undergoing strategic change, where you’ll play a key role in attracting diverse talent and delivering an inclusive, best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
*Deliver end-to-end recruitment across specialist and managerial roles
*Lead job briefings and advise hiring managers on sourcing and selection strategies
*Source and build diverse talent pipelines using digital, social, and direct sourcing methods
*Manage shortlisting, interviews, and offer processes
*Support selection activity linked to ongoing change programmes
*Use data and market intelligence to track performance metrics (e.g. time-to-offer, conversion rates)
*Provide insight and recommendations to improve recruitment effectiveness
*Maintain high standards of data accuracy and compliance
*Build strong stakeholder relationships in a global matrix structure
*Promote inclusive hiring practices and increase representation from underrepresented groups

About You
*Proven experience managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes
*Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including digital and social media
*Experience promoting diversity and inclusion in attraction and selection
*Confidence influencing and advising stakeholders in complex environments
*Experience using recruitment data to drive performance improvements
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
*Experience working within performance metrics and SLAs
*Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) desirable
