Special Needs Teaching Assistant - Birmingham (Supply) �?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across a variety of exceptional SEND schools in Birmingham.
About the Role As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant with Tradewind, you will:
*Support pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, SEMH, PMLD, MLD and complex needs.
*Work closely with class teachers, therapists and school leaders to create positive, inclusive learning environments.
*Provide 1:1 and small group support to help students access learning and develop confidence.
*Use creativity, patience and resilience to help pupils thrive academically and emotionally.
What We’re Looking For We welcome applications from candidates who are:
*Experienced working with children or young people with additional needs - or passionate individuals looking to build experience in the SEND sector.
*Calm, nurturing and proactive in their approach.
*Reliable, flexible and able to adapt quickly to new school environments.
*Available for part-time or full-time supply work.
