Our well-established client law firm is currently looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing team in North Finchley.
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
*Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing within a legal practice
*Experience of freehold and leasehold transactions
*Lease extensions, transfers of equity and remortgages
Essential Abilities:
*Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
*Excellent communication (written and oral) and organisational skills
Start Date: ASAP
Holidays: Standard plus bank holidays
