£38,000 - £45,000 + Car allowance, negotiable depending on experience

Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional looking to take the next step into a senior, leadership-focused role? We’re seeking a Senior Health & Safety Consultant & Manager to join a growing, dynamic consultancy delivering top-tier H&S services to a diverse range of clients.

In this role, you’ll combine your technical expertise with leadership skills to manage a team of consultants while providing outstanding health and safety guidance to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management
*Lead, mentor, and manage a team of consultants, overseeing workloads, diaries, appraisals, absences, and disciplinary matters.
*Ensure smooth operational management, including holiday requests and team reporting.

Client-Facing Consultancy
*Deliver high-level H&S consultancy, audits, and compliance support to clients.
*Advise clients on regulatory requirements, industry-specific health and safety issues, and best practices.
*Provide CDM support, coordinating duties for all relevant stakeholders.
*Develop, implement, and maintain bespoke safety management systems for clients.
*Conduct audits and produce clear, actionable reports, ensuring recommendations are implemented effectively.
*Deliver engaging health and safety training, workshops, and awareness sessions tailored to client needs.

What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in health and safety consultancy and management.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*In-depth knowledge of CDM regulations and other relevant legislation.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
