Finance Manager – Part Time
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday | Office-based | Permanent
Reed Accountancy & Finance are pleased to be partnering with our Rugby-based client on the recruitment of a Finance Manager to support their head office team on a part-time basis.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will take day-to-day responsibility for the finance function and oversee the work of one part-time Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified, studying towards a professional accounting qualification, or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA). Experience with Xero would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
*Production of monthly management accounts.
*Cashflow forecasting and analysis.
*Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns, including partial exemption.
*Cashflow analysis and reporting.
*Budgeting and forecasting activities.
*Variance analysis and commentary.
*Bank reconciliations.
*Fund reconciliations.
*Payroll processing.
*Preparation of year-end information and liaison with auditors.
*Oversight of purchase and sales ledgers, including credit control.
*Liaison with external stakeholders and third-party partners.
